Shipping policy
Processing Times We aim to get your order on its way as quickly as possible! Processing times vary depending on the type of item:
- Ready-to-post items - dispatched within 1–3 business days
- Made-to-order items - crafted and dispatched within 3–5 business days
- Wedding items - as these are made with extra care and attention, please allow up to 2 weeks for processing
Orders are not processed on weekends or bank holidays. If you need something by a specific date, please get in touch at hello@celestiallily.com before ordering and we'll do our best to help.
Delivery Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- UK — 2–5 business days (Express options available at checkout)
- Europe — 5–10 business days
- International — 7–14 business days
Please note these are estimates and delivery times may vary during busy periods.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
Tracking Where tracking is available, you'll receive your tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@celestiallily.com with your order number and we'll look into it straight away.
