Returns & Refunds

We want you to love everything you receive from Celestial Lily. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Standard Returns If you've changed your mind about a standard (non-personalised) item, you're welcome to return it within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Made-to-Order & Personalised Items Because our made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically to your chosen colour combinations, materials, or specifications, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items unless they arrive faulty or not as described. We put a lot of love into every piece made just for you, so please double-check your choices before placing your order. We're always happy to help if you're unsure!

Clearance & Sale Items Items purchased from our Clearance collection are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, please get in touch within 30 days of receiving it and we'll make it right - whether that's a replacement, repair, or full refund. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

How to Request a Return Drop us an email at hello@celestiallily.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return. We'll get back to you within 2 business days with next steps.

Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
